It has been 3 weeks since our country was totally infected by the Coronavirus and the Government has declared a state of emergency and ordered the confinement of all citizens.
These are very difficult times for all of us, and for artist too. We have been left without any work or means to earn, and we don t know when we will be able to return to the stage, those stages that give us light and life, and allow us to share our passion with the world.
Fear, uncertainty, not knowing how long this pandemic will last or how we will solve it, are issues that everyone is thinking about. These are difficult times, and without doubt, moments of change.
That is why, I am offering totally free online lessons from my house. These lessons are one hour of Ballet Dance, flexibility or workout, which will vary according to the week or whatever requests I receive. During these difficult times I’d like to do my bit to make these days more beautiful, and a little more bearable, by sharing my passion for dance with you all, and if possible help to put a smile on your face and brighten up your day.
I believe that it is very important to stay active at home, to stay strong, cultivate a positive attitude and be thankful for the good health we find ourselves in.
Life constantly shows us time and again that everything can change very quickly, and we have to be ready for that change. It’s very important to be acceptive and open to change, although this change may not be agreeable and may frighten us, we should try to remain positive.
Let’s turn our homes into our most valued treasure.
If we can´t do all that we love, let´s try to find new activities, new hobbies, new things to do and share them with our friends and family.
Our attitude will help define what remains of our confinement. We can learn and grow from this experience, it is now in our hands.
It is a perfect moment to get together, to collaborate together from our homes, and in doing this we will also help the other citizens who are working for us, and for the health of humanity and the balance of our society.
You can see an example of my flexibility lesson in the link below.
I’ll be updating my Instagram profile each day with new exercises which you can try at home. I hope to see you there!
Don´t hesitate to contact me if you would like some more information about the classes.
Best regards, be safe, stay healthy and stay home, and let’s hope this ends as soon as possible.
Thank you
